Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
Introduction
This policy explains what this independent Transport Fever 3 fan website does with information. The pages are gameplay guides. The only form asks you to type a question about those guides. Reading the guides does not create an account, a purchase, or a relationship with the game’s developers or publishers.
Transport Fever 3 is an independent fan-made informational website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the game's developers, publishers, or Google Play. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Read it with the Terms and the Cookie Policy. If a sentence here disagrees with what the form does on screen, the on-screen behavior is the more accurate description and this policy should be updated to match it.
Who Operates the Website
The site is published as an independent fan guide. A separate legal entity name, a company registration number, and a tax identifier are not published. The published contact details are the street address 900 Industrial Hwy, Southampton, PA 18966, United States, the phone number +1 215 393 7211, and the email address [email protected]. Privacy questions can use those channels or the question form. Choose any topic and say in the message that the note is about privacy.
These details identify the people who publish this fan website. They do not identify the developers or publishers of the game, and writing to this address does not create an account in the game. No data protection officer is named on this website. Which privacy law applies to a particular person still depends on the facts of that person’s situation. This page does not decide that question. The published address is in Pennsylvania, United States. The computer that stores the question file may be elsewhere; this page does not name a hosting company or a server country.
Information Submitted Through the Form
The contact page contains one form. It is the only place that asks you to type personal information. There is no newsletter, no account registration, and no second form with a different set of fields.
If you submit the form, the browser sends the fields to a script on this website called submit-inquiry.php. The script accepts only POST requests, ignores a hidden field that people are not asked to fill in, and checks the visible fields. When the checks pass and the server can write a file, it appends one line to a text file of questions stored on the server, outside the public pages. The page then shows a message that the note was stored for later review. That message is not an email to you, and it is not a message to the game’s developers.
If a check fails, the script returns an explanation and does not store the note. If the server cannot write the file, the script says that nothing was sent. There is no automatic retry.
Fields the Script Stores
The fields are: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, a guide topic chosen from a fixed list, an optional date, an optional time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening), a message, and a checkbox confirming that you understand the form stores a question and does not sell or download the game. A hidden field exists only to discard automated submissions that fill every box. You are not asked to type in that hidden field.
The topic list is Guides, Basics, Passengers, Railways, Cargo, Economy, Strategies, or FAQ. Those words are the same names as the pages in the guides folder. The script rejects a value that is not on that list. The date, if you provide one, must be a real calendar date. It is stored as text. It is not compared with a calendar of appointments, because this website does not keep one.
Each stored line also includes the time the server recorded the note, in UTC, and a marker that the confirmation checkbox was accepted. The script shortens overly long text. It does not ask for a password, a payment card, or a government identifier.
Please do not put payment card numbers or another person’s private information in the message. The script saves the message as written. A date and a time of day, if you add them, are optional context. Storing them does not schedule a call.
Technical Data
When your browser requests a page, the computer that serves the website may record ordinary connection data. That can include an IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page, a status code, and a user-agent string. This site does not run a separate analytics product that turns those records into a profile, and this policy does not invent a retention period for host logs. The hosting provider, if one is used, is not named here. Whatever logs that provider keeps are controlled by that provider’s own practices.
The question script does not start a login session and does not set a session cookie in its own code. It responds with JSON and a header asking robots not to index the script address. It does not add your note to a mailing list.
Pages load fonts, styles, and images from this website’s own files. They do not embed a video platform, a social plugin, a payment button, or a store. Viewing the images does not send your name anywhere by itself.
Information This Site Does Not Collect on Purpose
The guides do not ask for your game account, a save file, or a payment. There is no shop, no virtual currency, and no download. The site does not publish reviews, star ratings, or testimonials about the game. Do not send those materials in the form expecting them to be posted.
Browser Storage
A notice at the corner of the screen can be dismissed. The script then writes one local storage item so the notice stays hidden in that browser. The key is tf3_fan_notice_ok. The value is a simple flag. It is not an advertising identifier and it is not shared with another site by this page’s code. The Cookie Policy explains how to remove it. The site’s own pages do not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies.
How Long Notes Are Kept
Stored questions remain in the server file until the site operator deletes them. This policy does not promise a fixed number of days, because no automatic deletion schedule is built into the script. You can ask for a note to be deleted by sending another message through the form that identifies the email address you used. The operator can only do that if the note is still in the file.
Your Choices
You can read every guide without sending the form. If you do send it, use an email address you actually check, and leave out details you do not want stored. You can clear the notice flag in your browser’s site data. You can stop using the site at any time.
Children
The guides are written for a general audience interested in the game. The form is not directed at children, and it should not be used to send information about a child.
Changes
If the form fields or the storage key change, this policy should be updated and the date at the top changed. Older notes already stored are not automatically rewritten.
How to Reach the Operator
Write to 900 Industrial Hwy, Southampton, PA 18966, United States. Call +1 215 393 7211. Email [email protected]. Or use the form on the Contact page. Whichever channel you use, say that the message is about privacy if you want a stored note corrected or deleted. A phone call is not recorded by the website script. An email is read by the same people who read the form file. This page does not promise that a call is answered at a particular hour.
If you write by post, include the email address you used on the form so the note can be found. The file is a list of lines, not a customer account. Without the email address, or the approximate date you sent the note, the operator may not be able to tell which line is yours.
Why Each Field Is Asked For
The name is so a reply can address you. The email is the address where a later review can reach you. The phone number is optional. If you leave it blank, the note is still stored. If you fill it in, it is kept with the same line as the email. Do not put a phone number you do not want stored.
The guide topic must be one of Guides, Basics, Passengers, Railways, Cargo, Economy, Strategies, or FAQ. Those are the names of pages on this website. The topic only sorts the note. It does not subscribe you to a list about that page. The optional date and the optional time of day are context you choose to add. They are not a booking. The message is the question itself. The checkbox records that you saw the statement that the form stores a question and does not sell or download the game.
Who Can Read a Stored Note
A stored note is written to a file on the server, under a folder that is not meant to be a public web page. The people who operate this fan site can read it when they review questions. The script does not email the note to a marketing list, does not post it on the site, and does not send it to the developers or publishers of Transport Fever 3.
A hosting company, if one is used, can have technical access to the files on the machine it runs. This policy does not name that company. Access of that kind is a consequence of putting a file on a server, not a separate product this site turns on. The site does not sell notes, does not trade them, and does not use them to build an advertising profile.
Email, Phone, and Post Are Separate from the Form
If you email [email protected], that message is handled as ordinary email. It is not appended to the form file by the website script, because the script only runs when the form is submitted. The same is true of a phone call and of a letter to 900 Industrial Hwy. Those channels still reach the operator. They are simply not the same storage system as submit-inquiry.php.
Do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or copies of identity documents by any of these channels. The guides do not need them. If you send them anyway, delete is the right request to make afterward, and the operator will remove what can still be found. The site cannot pull a message back out of a mail provider’s own backup if that provider keeps one. This page does not invent a backup schedule.
Security
The form is sent to a script on this same website. The script checks the method, the hidden field, the email format, the topic list, the date if one was entered, and the checkbox. It shortens text that is too long. It then appends one line. It does not create a password and it does not start a logged-in session.
No website can honestly promise that a server file can never be read by someone who should not read it. What this site does is keep the question file out of the public pages, avoid asking for payment data, and avoid adding analytics tools that would copy your visit to another company. If you are told that this fan site needs your game password or a card number, that request is not from these pages.
How Long Information Stays
Form notes stay in the server file until the operator deletes them. There is no automatic expiry in the script. Email sent to [email protected] stays in the mailbox the operator uses until it is deleted there. Letters sent to 900 Industrial Hwy are paper. This policy does not state a number of days for any of those, because no timer is built in. You may ask for deletion of a form note by using the same email address and saying which note you mean.
Server logs, if the host keeps them, are outside the form file. This site does not run its own analytics product on top of those logs, and it does not publish a retention period the host has not stated here.
Correction and Deletion
If a name, email, phone number, or message is wrong, send a new note, an email, or a letter that says what should change. The operator can edit or remove a line in the question file. The operator cannot edit a game save, because this website never receives one. A request to delete is about the note stored here, not about an achievement or a town inside the game.
If the operator no longer has the line, the reply should say that it was not found. That is different from a refusal. Keep the email you used, because that is the practical key to the file.
If a note is about a child
The guides are written for people who play the game and want planning notes. The form is not a registration for children, and it should not be used to send information about a child. If a note appears to be about a child, the operator should delete it rather than keep it for a guide reply.
Links Away from This Site
A map link on the Contact page opens a search for 900 Industrial Hwy, Southampton, PA 18966. That search is handled by the map service, not by this form. This privacy policy does not copy the map service’s own policy. The guides do not embed a store, a video player, or a social feed.
Changes to This Policy
If the form fields, the storage key, or the published address, phone, or email change, this policy and the date at the top should be updated. Notes already stored are not rewritten automatically when the policy text changes. The date on this page is 27 October 2026 until a later edit replaces it.
